Our screen printing pricing
What a shirt actually costs here
Screen printing gets cheaper per piece as the run grows, because the setup work happens once no matter how many shirts follow. Below twelve pieces we move you to DTF transfers, which cost more per shirt but carry no minimum and no setup fee.
Screen printing, front print, sizes S through XL
Per-shirt prices on a Gildan 5000 heavyweight cotton tee, printed one location on the front. Screens, ink and the garment are all included in the figure shown.

How an order runs
Six stages, and you only have to act on two of them: sending the details, and approving the proof. Everything after that happens here.
7 business days
Standard turnaround, measured from proof approval rather than from the day you first email us.
Day 0
You send the details
Artwork, quantity, sizes and the date you need them. A phone photo of a sketch is enough to price the job.
Day 1
We quote it
Per-shirt price, order total, and the blank we recommend for the job. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed.
Day 1 to 2
Art gets built and proofed
We redraw or separate the artwork and email a mockup on the actual garment color with print dimensions marked. Two revisions are included.
Day 2
You approve the proof
Approval is what starts the seven-day clock. This is the last point at which artwork can change without a new setup.
Day 3 to 6
Shirts printed & Cured
Shirts get printed and cured at 320 degrees to ensure the print will last.
Day 7
Counted, folded, ready for pickup
Shirts get folded and sorted by size. Ready for pick up in Washington Utah.

Common questions
If yours is not answered here, call the shop. We give pricing over the phone without putting you through a form first.
How much do custom screen printed t-shirts cost in St. George?
A one-color print on a standard cotton tee is $14.00 each at 12 shirts, $9.40 each at 48 shirts, and $7.25 each at 250 shirts. That covers the shirt, the print and the screen setup. Additional ink colors and second print locations add cost per shirt, and both are listed in full in the pricing tables above.
What is the minimum order for screen printing?
There is no minimum order, however for the best possible deal we do recommend 10 shirts per color in your design for optimum pricing.
How long does screen printing take?
Seven business days from proof approval. Rush is three business days for 20% more and one business day for 40% more, as long as the blanks are in stock. The clock starts when you approve the digital proof, not when you first email us.
Can I bring my own shirts to be printed?
You can supply your own apparel, however the products that we order are made specifically to be decorated with screen printing. Not all apparel is made this way. If something were to go wrong due to inexperience with a particular product we cannot be held liable. If we order the product we will replace any defects.
What file format do you need for artwork?
Vector is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts converted to outlines. PNG or PSD at 300 DPI, sized to the finished print, also works. If all you have is a logo pulled off a website, we redraw it for $45 flat and you keep the vector file for future use.
What is the difference between screen printing and DTF?
Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen, one screen per color, so it gets cheaper per shirt as the run grows and lasts past 50 washes. DTF is a full-color film heat pressed onto the shirt, so it handles photographs and single pieces with no setup, but costs more in bulk and wears out around 30 to 40 washes.
The break-even sits near 20 shirts. Below that, DTF is cheaper. Above it, screen printing pulls ahead and keeps widening the gap.
Do you deliver outside of St. George?
We deliver free to Washington City, Hurricane, Ivins and Santa Clara on orders over $400. Cedar City and Mesquite are free over $750. Anywhere else in the country ships UPS Ground at published rates with no handling fee added.
